"I'm really into wellness, especially natural holistic medicine," Walker told Vogue in 2021. "I love acupuncture, yoga and meditation. I work with a healer who practices Chinese medicine and we're doing breathwork, which is much more difficult than I thought."

While she hasn't spoken much about her yoga practice, Meadow has struck a pose on occasion via Instagram. She recently captioned a photo of herself behind the scenes at a photoshoot showing off her moves with the caption "bts backbends with my favorites."

Part of Meadow's holistic approach to health is maintaining a nutritious and clean diet. "Eating healthily and what feels best for you is also important," she told Vogue.

In addition to taking "really good care" of her skin and soaking in the tub, Meadow is "really into" crystals. "I grew up with crystals in the house and I actually have my dad's entire collection, probably more than 30—including massive ones the size of a laptop—in my apartment," she told Vogue. "I've been putting them out in the moonlight and charging them for as long as I can remember."

Meadow maintains that being honest with others about what is going on helps keep her grounded. "Do what makes you feel good about yourself and try to shut out the rest," she told Vogue when asked about the self-confidence advice she gives people. "I'm not the most confident person in the world, but I have to bring myself back to that. If you keep those feelings of insecurity and not feeling confident in your head too long, it becomes so real. It's good to talk to people, especially with someone you feel comfortable talking to who understands and knows you. They will be able to recognize the things that make you happy and what you like about yourself."

Walker, who grew up in Hawaii, is a true water baby. She loves pools and the ocean, regularly sharing photos of herself swimming and even scuba diving. "Swimming is often touted as a great workout for all ages, offering benefits not only for the body, but also for the mind. As a form of exercise, swimming keeps your heart rate up and builds muscle strength. It also can be a great form of stress relief," says the Mayo Clinic. "Swimming is easy on the joints, and it's very good for both cardiac health and your core strength. And it also can give you really excellent strength around the shoulders, and hips and knees," says Dr. Matthew Crowe, a Mayo Clinic orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine expert.
